Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel during a weekend getaway. The atmosphere was lively, especially with the happy hour and live music, which added a fun vibe. The room was spacious and comfortable, although I did encounter a slightly unsettling issue with the bedding. Overall, the service from staff was excellent, and I enjoyed the breakfast options, even if some could've been a bit hotter.
I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The room was spacious and initially clean, but I encountered a few issues including a strange stain on the duvet. While the bar had a nice atmosphere, I was disappointed that I couldn't hear the football match I wanted to watch. There were also problems with the billing for room service and an unpleasant smell in the room. Overall, it was a decent stay but several hiccups detracted from the experience.
I had a somewhat frustrating experience at the resort spa. While Lorraine's massage and facial were exceptional and very enjoyable, the facilities felt outdated and poorly managed. The communication regarding services was unclear and led to some awkward moments. Overall, I wouldn't rush back unless improvements are made.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the rooms were relatively spacious and modern, and the staff managed to provide decent service despite being overwhelmed during busy events. However, I encountered some issues with cleanliness and noise, which detracted from my stay. The location is convenient, but the atmosphere can be a bit noisy due to nearby activities. Dining was underwhelming, particularly breakfast, which left a lot to be desired.
I had a good three-night stay at the hotel. The rooms were a bit dark and could use some freshening up, but the breakfasts were fantastic and the bar food was satisfying. The Italian restaurant on-site is a bit pricey, and while I appreciated the coffee maker in the room, having a kettle would be more practical for tea. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a decent place to relax; just a few tweaks would make it even better.
